How accuracy is the body scale?

With four sensors, the body scale of Ugramo measures your weight to an accuracy of 0.2 lbs. That means about +/-3% off the measurement.

Can people with pacemakers or pregnant women use the smart body scale?

No, they cannot. Neither people fitted with a pacemaker or with an implanted medical device nor pregnant women can use the smart body scale.

What does the Ugramo body scale measure?

Ugramo Fit Pro measures 16 essential health factors like weight, body fat, muscle rate, bone mass, visceral fat, BMR, BMI, body age, heart rate, heart index, heart bearing, etc.

What are the differences between Ugramo Fit Pro and Fit smart body scale?

Ugramo Fit Pro can measure 16 body index data including heart rate, heart index and weight bearing, but Fit does not provide these 3 factors. Besides, Fit Pro can display intuitively 6 main body data on its large screen.

How to re-calibrate the body scale?

Step on the scale for seconds and then step off. The scale will automatically calibrate and zero.

Why the scale cannot connect with my mobilephone?

• Please confirm if the bluetooth on your phone opened. Open the bluetooth and try to connect two devices again.
• Check the OS version of your smartphone, it must be iOS 8.0 or higher/Android 6.0 or higher.
• Click “Account”- “Device” find the scale.

What device does Fitdays App work with?

Any intelligent mobile devices like mobilephone and tablets. The OS must be iOS 8.0 or higher/Android 6.0 or higher.

Can I sync my data with other App or health tracking devices?

Yes. The Fitdays app can sync your data with Apple Health and Google Fit, and Fitbit App.

How does the scale record different data from family members?

Each user can download the Fitdays app on their own phone and create a profile so that the app can record data separately. Other family members will not have access to your data unless you permit them to add your profile to the app.

Why the scale only displays weight without other health data?

• Users must be bare feet while measuring.
• Bluetooth is not turned on.
• Scale not finishing weighing when the number display is flashing (Keep standing on the scale around 10 seconds until the number on the display stops flashing).

When could I change to Athlete Mode?

If you have long engaged in physical activities at high levels and have denser bodies than average people, you can switch to Athlete Mode.
